This Sr. Commercial HVAC Technician role combines planned maintenance, repairs, and emergency response within a strong, long-established culture and steady growth environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Commercial HVAC Technician position include:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience required (commercial HVAC service and maintenance; installation experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building automation systems, operations, and maintenance requirements (training available for the right person)
- Perform service and repair work on commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including boilers, air handling equipment, chilled water systems, hot water reheat systems, DX systems, and exhaust systems
- Perform planned routine preventative maintenance and routine preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and components
- Prepare work reports and written documentation for invoice processing, including time and materials used
- Maintain a professional working relationship with customers, clients, vendors, outside professionals, and team members
- Follow safety procedures, comply with all company and regulatory guidelines, and maintain a clean working environment
Salary: $26-$33/hr. (open to higher pay for highly qualified candidates.)
