In this Senior Scheduling Consultant opportunity based in Columbus, Ohio, you’ll coordinate and manage construction schedules while supporting forensic schedule and delay analysis that helps drive better project outcomes.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Scheduling Consultant position include:
- 2-8 years in a construction scheduling experience.
- Construction scheduling experience using Primavera P6 required.
- Experience using critical path method (CPM) techniques to analyze construction project schedules.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera 6, and ASTA Powerproject.
- Conduct forensic analysis of project schedules, contemporaneous documentation, and construction costs.
- Perform inspections of construction project sites, evaluating project progress.
- Perform schedule delay analysis to establish the cause and extent of delays and to resolve construction delay claims.
- Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to assess impacts of changes and communicate findings.
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
