Build your future with a company supporting commercial and industrial HVAC and building automation solutions across the Pittsburgh market. In this HVAC Supply Account Manager opportunity, you’ll drive sales growth, deepen customer relationships, and help expand a growing Pittsburgh-area team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Supply Account Manager position include:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, OEM sales, or marketing in the HVAC industry.
- Sales experience with mechanical contractors and commercial service contractors strongly preferred.
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in a technical or business-related field (preferred).
- Strong sales skills and an understanding of a well-developed sales process.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Prospect, acquire, and cultivate new business opportunities related to replacement equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Generate budgeted sales, manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share.
- Maintain accurate call history and account sales call activity details within the CRM system.
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commission.
