In this HVAC Service Manager opportunity, you’ll help drive profitable, customer-first service operations while mentoring teams and improving performance through data and process.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Manager position include:
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience; 2+ years HVAC management experience
- Residential HVAC experience required; avoid candidates with job-hoppy backgrounds
- Drive profitability and customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Evaluate, schedule, and manage service work to maximize manpower utilization, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Develop and oversee departmental budgets; order and allocate materials and equipment for scheduled jobs
- Oversee dispatching, scheduling repairs and maintenance, and resolve customer issues promptly
- Review payroll records, ensure crews have tools and well-maintained equipment, and guide crews for quality workmanship
- Ensure safety protocol adherence; available for evenings and weekends as needed
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, weekly paychecks.
