Bring your electrical design expertise to an American-made HVAC and refrigeration tools and test equipment company where tradition meets innovation. In this Senior Electrical Engineer role in Bloomington, MN, you’ll lead critical new product work from concept through production in a collaborative, long-term career environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Engineer position include:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in new product electrical design and development.
- Experience with low-voltage printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and circuit design.
- Proficiency with electronic design automation (EDA) software and 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
- Strong understanding of new product development, testing, and bringing products from concept through production.
- Experience leading engineering projects, mentoring engineers, and providing technical leadership.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and working within ERP systems (Infor ERP preferred).
- Collaborate with manufacturing and vendors to support production and ensure product quality.
- Lead planning, design, and development efforts for tools, machines, and accessory products, including test plan development and advanced production line support.
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
