Join a highly established construction and insurance restoration company as a Construction Sales and Operations Manager in El Paso, TX, where you will lead and grow a major regional division with significant income potential. This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to build a business, drive revenue, oversee operations, and make a direct impact with a company known for restoration work, roofing, daily insurance claims, and preferred vendor relationships with over 50 insurance companies.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Sales and Operations Manager position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing, restoration, construction, or related industry management
- Proven sales, leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
- Fluent experience using Xactimate for insurance claims, estimating, and job documentation
- Generate and close residential and commercial roofing/construction projects
- Oversee sales, production, customer satisfaction, subcontractors, staffing, scheduling, and profitability
- Manage job costing, gross margins, collections, receivables, budgeting, and division performance
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage office staff, project managers, sales personnel, subcontractors, and crews
- Build referral relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, realtors, and other partners
Salary: $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
