Bring your construction project leadership to affordable housing work that directly changes lives across San Francisco and the surrounding tri-county area. In this Construction Project Manager opportunity, you’ll help manage rehab and small multifamily builds while supporting a mission-driven growth pipeline within Greater San Francisco.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Manage construction projects focused on affordable housing, including rehab projects and small multifamily builds.
- Oversee project schedules, coordination, documentation, and day-to-day project management needs.
- Work onsite and across project locations as needed within the local tri-county area.
- Use MS Project and Excel to support project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, project stakeholders, and construction partners to keep projects moving effectively.
- Support a mission-driven construction pipeline focused on expanding affordable housing access.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally across the tri-county area; must pass a background check.
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Strong benefits package, 20 PTO days to start, 13 paid holidays, certification support, education support, and a 1-month sabbatical after 5 years.
