Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Operator position include:
- Hands-on CNC machine operating experience (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis); 5-axis experience plus some understanding of CNC programming
- Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machining processes and perform basic machine adjustments; assist with troubleshooting as needed.
- Support fabrication, repair, and assembly of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Follow shop safety procedures and production requirements.
- Plasma cutting table experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Easton, PA.
- Must be able to complete a mandatory background check.
Salary: $25 - $32 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits: 100% employer-paid employee-only medical premiums, and 50% of additional dependent medical premiums; dental and vision insurance are offered. The 401(k) includes a 3% employer safe harbor contribution immediately vested. You will also receive paid vacation and holidays per company policy.
