Build your future with a respected civil engineering firm in Pontotoc, MS where you’ll make a real impact on municipal, county, water/wastewater, and transportation projects. Civil Engineer Project Manager is a design-focused opportunity that blends engineering work with client interaction, plan stamping if licensed, and leadership as you help guide a small team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:
- Prepare civil engineering designs for municipal, county, water/wastewater, transportation, public works, and related infrastructure projects
- Work on projects including wastewater treatment plants, streets and highways, land development, surveying/mapping, and hydrologic/hydraulic engineering
- Use Civil 3D as the primary design platform, with MicroStation as needed
- Support project management responsibilities based on experience and capability
- Participate in client meetings and maintain professional client communication
- Stamp plans if licensed as a Professional Engineer
- Help oversee and mentor 4-5 younger engineers
- Contribute to projects generally located within approximately 100 miles of the office
Salary: $80K-$130K per year, commensurate with experience.
