This BIM Coordinator – Plumbing opportunity gives you the chance to support coordinated model work, redraw details provided by leadership, and collaborate directly with the BIM leader on real-world deliverables.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this BIM Coordinator – Plumbing position include:
- 2+ years of MEP experience required; plumbing experience is preferred
- Create, modify, and maintain detailed 3D models in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, SysQue, or similar)
- Identify and resolve clashes between building systems to improve design accuracy and constructability
- Maintain BIM databases, libraries, and templates to standardize modeling and improve productivity
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and documentation
- Receive, understand, and execute detailed instructions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is required; strong AutoCAD and SysQue skills are a plus
- Advanced Bluebeam skills, including creating jobs from PDF to Revit
Salary: $50K-$70K per year, based on experience.
