Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction
- 7+ years of civil construction and site grading experience
- Strong knowledge of site grading and pipe installation
- Degree or certification preferred
- Experience with HCSS (HeavyJob preferred), Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365
- Manage project contracts, schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and project meetings
- Perform quality control inspections, oversee crew hours and timesheets, and prepare submittals, bid packages, and closeout documentation
- Support estimating, coordinate turnover and setup documents, assist with design-build tracking, and maintain a professional, team-oriented work environment
Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
