In this Project Manager opportunity in Hendersonville, TN, you’ll help oversee a wide range of projects—from design-build and ground-up builds to tenant improvements and remodels—while working with a team focused on safety, integrity, and teamwork.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Project management experience in commercial construction.
- Oversee planning and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client partners to ensure clear, transparent communication.
- Support value engineering and design-build efforts as needed.
- Manage construction management and general contracting activities to drive quality outcomes.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure projects are completed with strong accountability.
- Maintain a hands-on management approach focused on customer satisfaction.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
