Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineer position include:
- 7+ years of electrical engineering leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Experience designing, building, integrating, and testing complex electrical systems
- Ability to create structure and drive execution in ambiguous environments
- Strong organization and stakeholder management with independent, self-motivated operating style
- Customer and cross-functional collaboration experience, including mentoring
- Working knowledge of software development and system integration principles
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
