Take on an exciting Heavy Civil Estimator opportunity in Cleveland, Ohio, with a well-established heavy civil contractor known for its concrete, bridge, and highway construction expertise across Northeast Ohio. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Estimator position include:
- 5-10 years of estimating experience in heavy highway construction, with DOT project experience strongly preferred
- Experience in concrete, bridge, and roadway construction projects is highly valued
- Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob preferred, with Bluebeam as a strong plus
- Ability to estimate projects typically ranging from $2M to $30M
- Work alongside 3 other estimators in a collaborative estimating team environment
- Prepare and support bids for heavy highway, bridge, and concrete construction projects
- Assist with job costing, bid review, and coordination with Project Managers and field operations
- Maintain an 80/20 office-to-field split with minimal travel and little to no overnight travel
Salary: $75,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
