This Sr. Trades Craftsman opportunity in the Greenville, SC area puts you at the center of crew execution, field productivity, and safety/quality performance.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Trades Craftsman position include:
- 5+ years of pipefitting, welding, mill work, duct work, and metal fabrication experience preferred
- Execute 2-week look-ahead planning for assigned jobsite
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and workflow on site
- Enforce safety and quality standards (zero unreported safety incidents)
- Lead daily execution and short-term planning to drive measurable productivity
- Conduct daily toolbox talks
- Develop at least one crew member toward next-tier readiness annually
- OSHA and rigging certifications preferred; welding certifications are a plus
Salary: $33-$40/hour
Benefits: Medical insurance is 75% paid for employees, a 401(k) with 6% company match is offered, there is an end-of-year discretionary bonus, 3 weeks PTO, and 7 paid holidays.
