Step into a high-impact safety leadership role at a rapidly scaling manufacturing operation in Rhome, TX, where your work will directly shape workplace culture and compliance. In this Senior Steel Safety Manager opportunity, you’ll own the safety program end-to-end while partnering with leadership during a period of significant growth.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Steel Safety Manager position include:
- Experienced, hands-on Safety Manager with strong OSHA knowledge; must be able to enforce safety standards independently of production.
- Proven experience in a dedicated Safety Manager or comparable safety leadership position.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, compliance requirements, recordkeeping, and safety procedures.
- Experience maintaining OSHA logs, records, and required safety documentation.
- Experience reviewing, developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- ISN platform experience required or preferred; responsible for keeping ISN requirements current.
- Ability to stand firm on safety requirements even when production priorities conflict.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing, fabrication, structural steel, or similar production environments.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000
