Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Siemens NX 5-Axis Programmer position include:
- Expert-level experience with Siemens NX CAM for 5-axis programming
- Strong background in aerospace manufacturing with complex geometries and tight tolerances
- Experience programming large, high-value, low-volume aerospace parts
- Hands-on knowledge of multi-axis machining strategies, kinematics, simulation, verification, and post-processing
- Ability to program advanced 5-axis CNC machining operations on machines such as Cincinnati Gantrys, Mazaks, Haas DMS, and more
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining challenges on critical aerospace components
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability and performance
- Continuously improve machining processes for accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability
Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
