Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating for commercial or multifamily construction
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project requirements
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Accubid (preferred), McCormick, or Vision InfoSoft
- Prepare accurate and competitive bids, proposals, and scopes of work
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and subcontractors
- Support project managers through preconstruction and project turnover
- Maintain estimating files, track bids, and manage historical cost data
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and installation methods
Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
