A dynamic full-service engineering firm in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Mechanical Lead Engineer/Designer to join its growing team. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Lead Engineer/Designer position include:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college
- 6+ years of related building systems industry experience
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, design software tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for projects while coordinating with project managers on scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Develop technical designs, owner project requirements, design options, and solutions for complex building systems
- Mentor less experienced staff, provide technical guidance, and support company design standards and best practices
- Lead construction administration, QA/QC documentation, design coordination, and project delivery within budgeted hours
Salary: $89,400 - $129,400 per year, commensurate with experience.
