In this Senior Architectural BIM Specialist opportunity, you’ll bring your Revit and BIM expertise to the Philadelphia area while helping shape standards and best practices that support accurate, efficient project delivery.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architectural BIM Specialist position include:
- 5+ years of professional experience producing native Autodesk Revit families and 3D modeling
- Advanced Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD skills, including developing, maintaining, and organizing Revit family libraries
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and architectural documentation, including architectural drawing packages, bid specifications, and door/hardware schedules
- Ability to create detailed drawing packages, elevations, plans, and technical documentation based on architectural and design space plans
- Experience preparing product take-offs, bills of materials, and identifying deviations between contract documents and shop drawings
- Develop, maintain, and organize internal and external Revit family libraries; create and maintain Revit families for current and new products for internal and A&D use
- Support A&E team members with Revit software inquiries and create/maintain BIM standards, documentation, and user guides
- Serve as the company’s primary Revit/BIM expert, including providing technical product guidance and supporting drawing efficiency and BIM adoption
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
