A growing, family-owned, roofing company with national reach is seeking a Roofing Superintendent in Aurora, CO! This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted roofing team known for exceptional craftsmanship, personalized client service, cutting-edge communication tools, and a strong commitment to quality across commercial and residential roofing projects nationwide.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Superintendent position include:
- 2–3+ years of roofing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience overseeing roofing crews on commercial and residential projects, with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once.
- Knowledge of various roofing systems, especially EPDM, TPO, and metal roofing.
- Ability to coordinate office and onsite responsibilities while supporting projects locally and nationwide.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar project/customer management software.
- CRA or NRCA certifications are preferred.
- Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel project-based assignments, typically less than a week at a time.
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
