Take the next step with a hands-on construction team making a real difference across manufactured housing communities in Southern and Central New Hampshire. In this Lead Carpenter opportunity, you’ll bring your carpentry and residential construction experience to new-home installations, renovations, repairs, and ongoing property maintenance, working independently and producing quality results across multiple sites.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Construction Technician position include:
- At least three years of residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or home-building experience
- Ability to complete assigned work independently and solve problems in the field
- Working knowledge of residential construction methods and project sequencing
- Experience using common hand tools and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with willingness to travel between company properties
- Perform residential construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance work
- Complete interior and exterior finish work, including trim, flooring, siding, doors, windows, decks, and skirting
- Troubleshoot building and property maintenance issues and communicate progress, material needs, and potential problems to management
Salary: $28–$34+/hour
