This Project Architect opportunity supports a hands-on, management-focused role with real client and jobsite collaboration, plus the chance to grow into increasing leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- 7–10+ years of relevant professional architectural experience, with demonstrated full project lifecycle delivery from concept through construction.
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; architecture license preferred (not required).
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building systems, materials, construction methods, and specifications.
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, zoning regulations, and life-safety standards.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit preferred; also proficient with Microsoft Office and project collaboration tools.
- Lead projects through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
- Coordinate consultants and serve as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies while managing schedules, deliverables, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Perform construction administration activities including submittal and shop-drawing reviews, RFI responses, site observations, field reports, and change-order evaluations.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
