Step into a high-impact, technical leadership role with a design-build organization delivering award-winning industrial and manufacturing projects across Central New York. In this Project Architect opportunity, you’ll help translate design intent into coordinated, constructible, and code-compliant documentation while working closely with PMs, clients, consultants, and contractors in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- 10+ years of progressively responsible architectural design and project delivery experience
- Professional architectural licensure required
- Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD and other applicable architectural software
- Experience performing or leading QA/QC reviews of architectural drawings and construction documents
- Lead architectural/technical delivery from design through construction administration, including multidisciplinary coordination
- Research, interpret, and apply building codes, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, constructability, coordination, code compliance, and consistency with design intent
- Provide construction administration support including review of submittals and shop drawings, responses to RFIs, field observations, and evaluation of project changes
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
