This Senior Architect / Project Architect–Project Manager role blends hands-on design execution with end-to-end project delivery, from programming through construction administration.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect / Project Architect–Project Manager position include:
- 12+ years of architectural experience; Illinois licensure required or ability to obtain through reciprocity
- Independently manage architectural projects from programming and conceptual design through construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration
- Lead client and project meetings alongside firm principals
- Serve as a Project Architect/Project Manager and mentor approximately 12 developing architects and design professionals
- Hands-on proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, including both personal production and oversight of others’ work
- Develop and advance work through programming, conceptual design, design development, and contract documentation
- Bring diverse market experience and thrive in a firm that is not siloed by market
Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
