This Production Superintendent/Project Manager opportunity is based in Oreland, PA, and supports hands-on installation crews working on roofing and exterior projects that earn lasting customer trust.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Superintendent/Project Manager position include:
- 3–5 years of roofing or siding construction management and supervisory experience preferred
- Review job packs and plan each job from start to finish
- Order materials, schedule work, and confirm customers
- Oversee installations and ensure quality, cleanliness, and proper closeout
- Close out jobs and collect payment
- Manage typically two roofing projects at a time, including slate, cedar, and tile
- Degree is a plus, not required; no specific certifications required
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) after 90 days; five vacation days after 90 days (negotiable); company vehicle and gas card.
