A global manufacturing leader is seeking a Process and Quality Manager in Sarasota, FL to drive the next phase of operational excellence at its plant. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Process and Quality Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, process engineering, or operational excellence roles
- Hands-on experience working within or implementing ISO 9001-aligned quality systems
- Strong background in injection molding and process-driven manufacturing environments
- Lead process improvement across injection molding, hot stamping, painting/finishing, adhesive assembly, and warehousing operations
- Define critical process parameters, standard work, and control plans in partnership with Operations and Engineering
- Lead corrective action and continuous improvement using methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, and SPC
- Coach leaders and operators on quality fundamentals, process thinking, and execution discipline
Salary: $130,000+ per year, commensurate with experience and bonuses.
