Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Manager position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive plumbing experience across residential, commercial, and industrial systems, with extensive knowledge of installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and system design.
- Active Master Plumbing License preferred; additional certifications in gas fitting, backflow prevention, or specialized plumbing systems are highly desirable.
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of 10–15 field technicians, ensuring accountability, safety, productivity, and exceptional workmanship.
- Oversee residential plumbing service operations, complex installations, repairs, and large-scale projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of water, gas, drainage, and sewage systems, plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues, coordinate with contractors and other trades, and communicate repair and replacement solutions effectively to customers.
- Manage project scheduling, cost estimates, customer relationships, and field operations while utilizing plumbing and project management software.
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience; work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, splitting time between the office and field, with travel up to 100 miles and occasional after-hours or weekend availability.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional quarterly bonus potential of up to $6,000 annually, with weekly paychecks.
