Bring your leadership to Alaska’s most challenging construction environments, where multimillion-dollar federal and civil projects demand hands-on execution and real operational impact. In this Construction Project Manager opportunity, you’ll lead full-cycle project delivery across remote project sites while partnering with field teams to keep schedules, budgets, and contract requirements on track.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 7–10+ years of construction management experience, including multimillion-dollar civil, infrastructure, site development, or federal construction projects.
- Strong project management experience from award through completion and closeout.
- Comfort managing construction operations in remote locations with challenging weather, limited resources, complex transportation requirements, and short construction seasons.
- Proven responsibility for project budgets, cost forecasting, scheduling, and profitability.
- Knowledge of federal construction contracting and FAR requirements.
- Experience managing subcontractors, superintendents, field personnel, and procurement.
- Administer federal construction contracts, including RFIs, modifications, change orders, and REAs.
- Coordinate remote logistics and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to contract requirements.
Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
