In this Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Second Shift) opportunity, you’ll combine hands-on industrial equipment repair with frontline leadership of a dedicated maintenance team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Second Shift) position include:
- Minimum five years repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial or military environment, plus two years of supervisory experience
- Hands-on manufacturing equipment maintenance background required; facilities management or building maintenance alone is not a fit
- Experience with 480-volt electrical systems required
- Knowledge of electrical wiring/components, pneumatic systems, steam, water systems, hydraulics, and supporting building maintenance
- Ability to use basic hand tools properly and safely
- Oversees 3-6 mechanics and 5 porters
- Maintains preventive maintenance programs and supports diagnostic troubleshooting
- Monitors quality of repairs, oversees building and physical plant repair issues, and adheres to safety programs
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance through United (approximately $50-$60/week for employee-only coverage or $145-$160/week for family coverage), 401k, three personal days, sick days, up to two weeks of vacation accrued monthly, and a year-end bonus up to 5% if goals are met.
