Bring your project leadership to a campus that’s transforming a former manufacturing complex into a thriving, multi-tenant hub for industrial, R&D, and technology operations. In this Senior Project Manager role in Endicott, NY, you will help drive critical infrastructure and utility plant improvements across a “city within a city” environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 7+ years of project management experience in utilities, facilities, or industrial infrastructure, including successful delivery of large capital projects.
- Strong central utility plant knowledge, including steam, chilled water, compressed air, and related infrastructure.
- Proven track record managing vendors and contractors, including bidding, selection, negotiations, and contract compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) and PMP or equivalent project management credential.
- Manage infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Collaborate with engineering, facilities, operations, and tenant stakeholders to align projects with campus needs and long-term master planning.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality while identifying risks, resolving challenges, and supporting long-range infrastructure development strategies.
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
