Description
An HVAC Project Manager opportunity in Tucson, AZ offers the chance to lead commercial construction and installation projects with an established contractor serving Southern Arizona for more than 40 years. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of HVAC industry experience with a commercial construction and installation background; EPA certification is not required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills to coordinate project teams, customers, and trade partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Oversee project organization and implementation, including job measurements, layouts, blueprint interpretation, and submittal reviews.
- Coordinate with general contractor superintendents, other project managers, subcontractors, and trades to support project execution.
- Assist with project design as needed, provide drawings for shop production, and prepare material lists in a timely manner.
- Manage project closeout and review job costs.
- Work Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with some Saturdays and approximately 30%–40% on-site work as needed; projects are primarily in Tucson and generally within one hour.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
