In this Plant Manager opportunity, you’ll lead day-to-day operations for a labor-intensive, low-volume/high-mix production environment supporting cable and electro-mechanical assembly work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Manager position include:
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (read, write, and speak) required; able to travel freely between the U.S. and Mexico.
- Strong understanding of cable and electromechanical assembly manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience managing complex, labor-intensive manufacturing operations with full operational accountability.
- Provide leadership and accountability for production and production support activities, including Production, Materials, Warehouse, Engineering, and Direct Labor.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO 9001) and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
- Partner cross-functionally to support Sales, Estimating, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and other corporate functions.
- Communicate confidently with senior leadership, supporting recommendations and disagreements with data.
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
