In this Commercial Service Plumber - Lead opportunity, you’ll combine independent field work with client communication, scheduling/invoicing, and leadership support as the department grows.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Service Plumber - Lead position include:
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience, including strong commercial plumbing and service background.
- Hands-on commercial service experience with the ability to independently diagnose and complete service work.
- Experience with commercial construction, new construction, renovations, or similar large commercial projects (healthcare, education, or comparable environments preferred).
- Lead-capable comfort balancing field responsibilities with client communication, follow-up, scheduling, and invoicing.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with existing commercial customers while helping develop new opportunities.
- Willingness to help expand the commercial service operation using established processes and support resources.
- Ability to coordinate with other field plumbers on larger service projects (including multi-plumber work such as hotel re-pipes).
- Local travel within Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Manatee counties; driving record review, drug test, and background check required.
Salary: $37-$41/hour, based on experience.
