Bring your design talent to a respected landscape studio in Greenwich, CT, where complex high-end residential estates and an award-winning team culture create meaningful impact from concept through construction. In this Residential Landscape Architect opportunity, you’ll help shape memorable outdoor environments for extremely demanding clients while contributing across every phase of the process.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Landscape Architect position include:
- 4+ years (Project level) or 8+ years (Senior level) of professional experience in landscape architecture, with high-end residential design strongly preferred.
- BLA or MLA degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Fluency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with the ability to produce detailed construction documents.
- Develop forward-thinking, ecologically sensitive design solutions that integrate site context, architecture, and complex structural elements.
- Draft and oversee high-quality plans, moving from schematic design through rigorous custom construction detailing.
- Coordinate with architects, civil and structural engineers, specialized fabricators, and municipal boards; Senior candidates also manage direct client relationships.
- Support construction administration through site visits, report writing, RFI/submittal review, and collaboration with landscape contractors to protect design intent.
- Mentor junior designers and support production of presentation graphics, 3D models, and construction document sets.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
