In this CNC Grinder - Rollomatic opportunity, you’ll help produce premium cutting tools using advanced Rollomatic CNC grinding and programming to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Grinder - Rollomatic position include:
• 5+ years of experience with CNC Grinding / operator experience
• Responsible for the setup and offsets as required
• Ability to accurately read blueprints
• Must be able to inspect tools for defects using quality control tools
• Responsible for accurate programming and machine operation
• Consistently evaluate finished product quality through visual inspection and measurement tools
• Communicate quality issues to programmers and/or General Managers
• Pull material for up-coming jobs and check machinery daily to ensure functionality
Salary: $30 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience plus bonus opportunity
Benefits: This position offers PTO starting around 80 hours (accrual-based, usable after 90 days, flexibility possible up to about 3 weeks for strong candidates), 401k with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2% (pre-tax and Roth IRA options), and an HSA with 100% match on employee contributions up to the IRS limit. Medical insurance is provided through United Health Group (HMR), along with dental and vision, voluntary life insurance, STD/LTD, bereavement leave, and an annual bonus up to 7% paid once per year based on targets.
