A well-established, family-owned manufacturer with more than 75 years of innovation in HVAC and refrigeration tools is seeking a Executive General Manager (HVAC Manufacturing) in Bloomington, MN. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Executive General Manager (HVAC Manufacturing) position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field while leading strategic planning and operational initiatives across engineering and operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or HVAC environments overseeing multiple departments or corporate strategy while managing daily operations and executive planning meetings
- Experience with product development and full-cycle production launches while leading product lifecycle management and evaluating market opportunities
- Strong leadership and communication skills while running stand-up meetings and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across departments
- Ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams while evaluating new product ideas and guiding product direction
- Experience managing budgets or working with financial leadership while partnering with department heads on budgeting and capital planning
- Ability to analyze market trends and industry changes while ensuring the company remains competitive in HVAC/R tools and equipment
- Highly self-motivated professional capable of working in a fast-paced environment while overseeing operational performance metrics and project priorities
Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
