A dynamic multidisciplinary engineering firm in New York, NY is seeking an MEP Electrical Engineer to join its collaborative MEP team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major high-rise, residential, commercial, and data center projects with a family-style, culturally diverse office known for delivering building-related engineering services under one roof.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this MEP Electrical Engineer position include:
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience preferred, with an electrical engineering degree preferred.
- PE license preferred.
- Experience with high-rise structures, including 60+ story buildings.
- High Rise Residential, commercial, and data center electrical design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, as most work is completed using Revit. Some CAD is used
- Review submittals and support design and construction management efforts.
- Oversee offshore drafters and coordinate with internal engineering teams.
- Start in-office initially, with at least one day per week in the office, while supporting a flexible 9am to 5pm schedule.
Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
