Take the next step with a Houston-based builder tackling a high-impact, long-term high-rise conversion project that will shape new multifamily living for years to come. In this Construction Superintendent opportunity, you’ll lead field execution on an occupied-building gut renovation converting high-rise condos into new multifamily residences.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:
- 10+ years of superintendent experience with high-end or high-rise construction
- Experience required in multifamily or hospitality; large, multistory commercial projects may be considered
- Lead and manage day-to-day construction operations for a 40-story occupied-building gut renovation
- Ensure quality, safety, scheduling, and on-site coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Use Procore or similar construction management software to manage project documentation and communication
- Coordinate effectively within a 3-person department and collaborate across the broader project team
- Maintain strong jobsite leadership and problem-solving to keep the flagship project on track through approximately the end of 2028
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
