This Construction Project Manager opportunity is based out of White Plains, NY with an in-office cadence Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays, supporting a tight-knit Design & Construction team that drives high ownership from project start to execution.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 3-5+ years construction project management experience (open to 10+ years)
- Must have owner's rep or retail/multi-site rollout experience
- Retail tenant fit-out background preferred (restaurants, QSR, grocery, big box, or similar)
- Manage approximately 8-12 projects per year across tenant fit-outs, with some remodels and limited ground-up work
- Travel is approximately 50%, with a heavy focus on the West Coast and Central U.S.
- Conduct site visits for each project, including pre-bid walk, during construction, punch walk, and closeout (typically 1-2 days per trip)
- Collaborate in an in-house owner's rep role with no direct reports
- Procore preferred for project execution and reporting
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
