Build your future in a hands-on manufacturing shop where precision work directly supports large-scale rock and pipeline trenching equipment. In this CNC Machinist opportunity, you’ll work onsite in Roanoke, TX, alongside a collaborative team focused on recognition, work-life balance, and real growth.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist position include:
- CNC operating and setup experience in a precision manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC lathes and milling machines
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Haas controls, G and M codes, and basic canned cycles
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret GD&T specifications
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to manufacture components to engineering drawings
- Troubleshoot machining issues impacting accuracy or quality and make machining adjustments
- Obtain required forklift and overhead crane certifications and follow safety procedures
Salary: $24-$30 per hour
Benefits: Medical/prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, life/AD&D, disability, EAP, and voluntary benefits for eligible employees, with PTO accrual starting immediately and eight paid holidays including Good Friday. Hourly employees have an unpaid winter shutdown of approximately one week in December, with the option to use available PTO (dates vary).
