DAVRON, a Land O’ Lakes-based executive search and outplacement firm, recently concluded its annual back-to-school supply drive, benefiting Christian Social Services (CSS). CSS is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential services such as food, clothing, and other support to disadvantaged families in Pasco and northern Hillsborough counties. This year, DAVRON aimed to fill 100 backpacks with necessary school supplies for local children in need, and the community responded with overwhelming generosity.
The 2024-2025 drive was another remarkable success, thanks to the collective efforts of DAVRON and the local community. As the drive came to an end, the final tally of donations showcased the community’s commitment to supporting children’s education and well-being. DAVRON exceeded expectations once again by collecting a wide array of school supplies and a substantial monetary donation.
The final quantities of the donated school supplies were as follows:
- 100 backpacks
- 133 packs of markers
- 134 packs of colored pencils
- 100 boxes of crayons
- 75 calculators
- And more!
In addition to these supplies, DAVRON made a generous monetary donation of $3,000 to CSS, enabling the organization to continue its vital work in the community.
The Back-to-School Drive for CSS has become a cherished tradition for DAVRON and its employees, reflecting the company’s ongoing mission to give back to the Pasco community. These donations will have a meaningful impact on the lives of children in Pasco.

Additionally, you can volunteer your time to assist CSS in providing aid to families in need. The CSS thrift store and food pantry rely heavily on the generosity of local churches and private donors. Donations are currently accepted on Tuesdays through Fridays, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
