Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- Approximately 15 years of construction project management experience preferred, ideally in commercial construction, hospitality, or hotel development.
- Proven experience managing $5 million to $15 million construction projects, including ground-up developments and renovations.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
- Manage hospitality construction projects from initial planning and budgeting through construction, inspections, and final completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, timelines, and financial performance to ensure projects remain on track.
- Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges, scheduling conflicts, and budget concerns while maintaining clear communication with project teams and leadership.
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to visit project sites throughout Southern New Jersey approximately 1–2 days per week.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.
