This Natural Gas Piping Engineer opportunity offers hands-on engineering work that strengthens safety, reliability, and modernization across natural gas piping and distribution systems.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Natural Gas Piping Engineer position include:
- 5+ years of experience in engineering-related utility, natural gas pipeline, distribution, or infrastructure work
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Evaluate and design natural gas piping systems and related facilities
- Perform hydraulic modeling and system planning studies
- Develop specifications, cost estimates, and bid packages
- Provide technical support to Field Operations and cross-functional corporate departments
- Investigate, analyze, document, and resolve system reliability, delivery, and operational performance issues
- Support distribution system modernization, public improvement, and infrastructure replacement projects
Salary: $70,000 - $93,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
