Step into a mission-driven MEP engineering environment built on exceptional personal care, connection, and real engineering impact across the U.S. This Senior Electrical Engineer opportunity is based in Chicago, where you’ll work onsite in a downtown office supporting complex building systems across design and construction.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Engineer position include:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience (Chicago experience preferred); 2-3 years of solid experience after a longer period in another country is acceptable
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical focus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- PE certification preferred
- Perform full design of lighting, power, and fire alarm systems, including full equipment selection, for all size projects
- Analyze system options and evaluate existing systems where appropriate
- Coordinate project document completion within the firm and externally with clients
- Provide bid and construction phase services, including reviewing bids, answering RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, participating in walk-throughs, and providing field observation reports
Salary: $100,000 to $155,000
