This Service Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead a service department, drive preventative maintenance, and coordinate installations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Service Manager position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant HVAC service management experience
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with JONAS ERP / Job Costing Software (preferred)
- Oversee preventative maintenance (PM) programs
- Manage day-to-day service operations and coordinate HVAC installations
- Lead service technicians and support staff
- Maintain customer relationships and service quality standards
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
