Grow your career in precision manufacturing with a hands-on Quality Manager opportunity in Southbridge, where aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial customers depend on strong quality systems and reliable inspection processes. In this Quality Manager role, you’ll oversee the Quality Management System while actively supporting inspection activities that help drive product reliability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Manager position include:
- 5+ years of quality management and inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 13485, and related quality standards.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.
- Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection packages, NCR/CAPA, and root cause analysis.
- Perform and oversee in-process, final, and first article inspections.
- Maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485 and AS9100D requirements.
- Lead internal audits and support customer, supplier, and registrar audits.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding quality issues.
Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
