Description
Lead HVAC Service Technician opportunity in Norwalk, CT with a growing multi-state HVAC franchise expanding into Connecticut with a brand-new location opening in February. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HVAC professional to help launch a new market, establish service standards early, and grow with a customer-focused organization backed by approximately 25 franchise locations nationwide.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 8-10+ years of HVAC experience with strong tenure and a stable work history.
- Connecticut S1 or S2 license required, along with EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification.
- Ability to independently perform HVAC service, maintenance, and installation.
- Experience working on both residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose system issues and communicate clearly with customers.
- Comfortable identifying sales opportunities such as new AC systems, component upgrades, and additional customer solutions.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM covering Fairfield County, with occasional overtime or peak-season coverage as needed.
Salary: $35 - $50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
