Qualifications and responsibilities for this Fleet Mechanic position include:
- 5+ years of mechanic experience with construction equipment and heavy-duty trucks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; CDL A or B is a plus
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on gasoline and diesel vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently
- Monitor, order, and maintain spare parts, tools, and repair supplies
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks on equipment as needed, preferred
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work performed
- Work with the operations team to keep vehicles and equipment ready while maintaining a safe, organized work environment
Salary: $30 - $45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
