Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Engineer (P.E.) position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • 5+ years of related civil engineering experience preferred
  • Experience with site development, grading, drainage, utility design, permitting, technical reports, and engineering analyses
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit, with a desire to continue learning
  • Ability to coordinate projects across disciplines while meeting budgets, deadlines, quality standards, and procedures
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development support to junior staff and support team members
  • Work closely with internal design teams, outside design partners, and clients as needed

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
